School Life-revised

Being an elementary school student, I wasn’t good at studying, especially in English, and usually got poor grades.  My mom sent me to a cram school and encouraged me to try to make friends with English and other subjects again and again.  ”Never give up, and triumph will be yours.” said my mom to me.  Not until I went to a cram school on the neighborhood did I have interest in English.  There, I improved my ability of English gradually and grades got better and better.   Eventually, I found the passion for learning it.  As an English lover, I applied to Department of Applied Foreign Languages in National Tainan Commercial Vocational Senior High School, where could content my enthusiasm for English.
In NTCVS I had a knowledge-enriched school life.  Not only did I keep paying close attention in class, but I also studied hard and did my utmost to study English.  In my free time, I listened to English broadcasting radio such as ICRT.   English textbooks, I study every issue of Advanced Studio Classroom magazine to train my reading skills and increase vocabulary.  Furthermore, for the sake of examining my English ability, I took General English Proficiency Test (GEPT) for the elementary and intermediate level and passed it.   Apart from English, I strived to equip myself with computer software abilities.  Finally, my efforts paid off.  I get a grade C license of application of computer software.  In addition, I love drawing pictures and designing.  As a consequence, I served as the director of academic and art affair section two times.  If there is any competition about these, I will be bond to participate in them.
Besides undergoing academic education, I also retain unforgettable recalls with my classmates over these three years.  For example, we had such many activities as volleyball games, which is one of my favorite sports and my school's traditions, field trips, athletic meets, and so on.  Once in a while, we crazily and delightedly cheered for our championships; however, sometime failures depressed us.
In the second year of my life of senior high, I participated in the track and field team.  This year was also the busiest moment because I had an important county race and our coach demanded us to practice everyday.  When my classmates were taking exams or studying in the morning, I had to receive the rigorous training.  The competition lasted for five days, which made me be absent.  After coming back to my school life, I had to take make-up exams and make up notes on textbooks.  As a student and athlete, I was so busy that I had no time having leisure recreations.  This experience enabled me to know that I should arrange my time regularly and orderly so that I wouldn't be eventually caught off my guard.
I also join various school clubs.  In my first year in NTCVS, I took part in a volleyball club; then the next year a music recording club, and now I attend the ABC club, which is about learning English.  I hoped to have my English skills improved a lot by joining this club.
Apart from above, the most precious treasure in my senior high school life is that I had several best and honest friends.  We usually discussed something interesting or went out for playing and shopping.  They would be willing to listen to me and provided useful suggestions as I encountered troublesome or annoying matters.  But most important of all is that they respect and support me for good.  I was really appreciated to own these genuine and intimate friends.
